Wharfside Garden – Communal gardens and roof terraces for all tenures

Homes are set across four distinct character areas that will complement and connect the surrounding emerging context.
Each character area will have a distinct design that is inspired by Barking’s history as well as individual building materials, ground floor uses and landscaping for all ages to enjoy
The heights range from 7 storeys to the south of the site to 29 storeys to the north in relation to the emerging developments across the river. The maximum height is 29 storeys which is the same as the Weston Homes development of Abbey Retail Park

Every home will have access to a private balcony and a communal roof terrace or podium garden.
