Barking Quayside will create a vibrant, attractive environment which will unlock the growth potential of the area. It will create a sense of place, identity and shared values which will improve the economic prosperity, health and wellbeing of local residents.

Our proposals for Quayside Barking will deliver c.1,760 homes alongside two public squares, creative workshops, residents’ concierge, and a large public courtyard garden.
